This information is for the use of the CDT TARN and for the professionals that may complete your reservation or pre-reservation.

The Professional will be solely responsible for the personal information conferred to him or her and will handle the legal declaration of its processing to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté (CNIL) and, should the case occur, make the processing of this personal information comply with the applicable law.

Personal information collected on the sites www.tarn-vacances.com and transmitted to Professionals is only to be used for service reservation purposes. 

This information cannot be reused by the Professional, even if the law allows it. In no account may this information be shared with a third party. 

Personal data use and storage
The only personal data that you may be asked to provide on our website are:
- your civil status (title, name, forename, postal address, telephone);
- your electronic mail address (private or work);
- your bank account details (if you make an on-line reservation) in a completely secure area.

Personal data security and confidentiality
We consider your personal data to be confidential.

In very exceptional circumstances, we may be legally required to communicate personal data especially when this is required to identify, locate or bring an individual to justice who is likely to intentionally or accidentally prejudice or harm the rights of a third party.

Anonymous data

You data are submitted to the CDT TARN. but are hosted and stored in a database on a server located in France and managed by ALLIANCE RESEAUX. The CDT TARN  is responsible for processing the personal data provided to the CDT TARN.
